Z6 swap for d15b7 help!!!!!!

I have a 95 civic lx so it has the d15b7 in it. Well long story short i threw a rod and have to switch out the engine.. I bought a z6 already but since i dont know too much about engines yet and need to get this swap done asap i need help.. Does anyone know a guide step by step howto anything to get me through the swap process. As well as a teardown guide for the engine to check everything and put it back together. PLEASE need help asap dont have money to get someone else to do it...
