zc injectors

alright i swapped a zc in a 91 civic si, and i'm not getting fuel to the # 1 cylinder, but all others are firing
I wondered do injector resisitor boxes go bad alot, and if it's possible for only one injector not to get a signal??
are the injectors the same as the d16a6???
I tried already different dizzy, pm6 and pm7, fuel pressure regulator, and put an injector from the d16 in the place of the one on the dohc zc.
any other ideas???

I tried 2 different injectors, d16 and zc injectors the same???

should i check right at the resistor box??
i checked accross the injector plug while the car was running, all it said was 13 volts, but i was told the voltage chages to quick for a multimeter to catch it.
also the d16a6 i pulled out of it was running perfect as well, other than puffing white smoke, unless i screwed some wires up while swapping

if the map sensor is malfunctioning would that cause no fuel to get in??
