i have a DOHC ZC 1.6 in my 91 CRX hf ive had it running for several months and doing fine until lately its started missing a little then dying a minute or so later.... it will usually restart after a few minutes run another 5 minutes and do the same thing. the ECU (PM6 with PM7 chip) has flashed code 9 (crank angle sensor) since ive had the motor ( and before the PM7 chip upgrade) so my question is... is it the sensor, ive checked the sensor (800 ohms) should the ecu be flashing code nine? should i replace the sensor or is it something else. timing is set correct and ecu has been reset. could the new chip be going bad? any suggestions would be great
