zc questions

i have a 91 honda civic that had a zc droped in a few years back before i got it
1.6 sohc progamed fuel injection zc
1)pros and cons
2)do i gotta get parts from japan or can i got to like auto zone
3)the engine i have has never been put in a car shipped to the us from japan true or false
4)is it a good keep or should i lean towards something else
5)i can get my hands on a 1.6 dohc zc should i run with that

my clutch went out the other day and thats when i discovered i had a zc so i did some research and i still have a lot of unanxwered questions

if you have the loot.. i'd look into a b16a1.. they can be had relatively cheap now.. just over a grand and it'll be much faster than it is now.

Didn't you have another post with 5 questions about your engine a few days ago?

1. Dunno. Relating to what?
2. SOHC ZC (if that's what you have) is basically the same as the D16A6 which came in the 88-91 Si and the 90-91 EX. Parts should be available from AutoZone and any other parts store.
3. Who knows?
4. How much money are you willing to spend?
5. If it fixes your clutch and you can do it dirt cheap, sure go for that.
