Ok. Done. I believe the word you were looking for was "Radiohead" and not "Portishead". The Lyrics were very "Kid A" but didn't need much maturity to reach satisfaction. The Horns were Triumphant, something that's hard to get away from in Trip Hop. The Drums were "Wednesday night, 1973 at the Red Room at the Ramada Inn" (Which is very good), very gritty and depressing but it's a sound that Mazzy Star has conquered.
And the bass sucked. Very sophmoric, and sounded like he was a scared kid doing his first live gig.
When this sound is cleaned up and finished, it will be very similar to Liquid Zen (Something you should hear) But L.Z. lacks the depth of drums.
The other songs are better so far, but the player is making my MAC shit bricks.

No, try sounding it out. It sounds like "optix", my old handle. I decided to distance myself from that rep a little bit after we shut down metawire. (If anyone here knew about metawire, it wasn't my choice.)
