Yes 14 = IACV but ive tried 3 other ones and its still there.

Fixed the primary 02 sensor and its hoked up and the CEL is gone but the problem is still there. so not sure what to do anymore.

Yeah the pilot is in all the way and the PP bolts are in at 18 lbs. spec of a honda manual.
