    b16a into 89 crx si help please

    we have installed a b16a in to a 89 crx si, it already had one in it but it was messed up bad we installed this new one and a new distributor all new plugs wires timingi belt we we got it to start it will only rev to 3300 rpms we are in desperate need of help on this one
