    My B18 swap in a 90 civic

This thread was super dead and was really really surprised to see an email stating someone posted in here. However to answer your questions. - The 96spec ITR will swap in like any other B Series into ef - Wiring will not be easy unless you convert to OBD1 or OBD2. - The ITR Tranmission is...

    My B18 swap in a 90 civic

Your wiring is insanely awesome. I love what your doing with this. Your looms are so awesome. and with atleast 1000feet of wiring done already, I am sure you are pumped for your wiring project coming to an end. Cant wait to see this all done

    CRV AWD into a '95 Civ 4dr?

With enough work it would have worked. You would put the drive line where the exhaust is hung. Then weld everything else into place. It would have been alot of work, however it is possible. However I have decided ageist it, as where I am moving it would rust super fast. I posted this after the...

    My B18 swap in a 90 civic

As before your Wiring looks awesome, Now Ripping apart the Engine and cleaning it all up is even more awesome. This will be a sweet car when your done. Like the Valve Cover paint job.

H22 Accord falls on face WHY???

Main Fuel Relay is under your dash on the driver side. Really close to your fuse box. There is about 20 wires or so going into it.

    D15B Vtec swap/boost/vtec/?

Many on this forum have boosted there vtec engines. I am no expert, but I have not heard anything wrong about boosting vtecs. I read that its not cost effective to boost an ITR over getting the cheaper gsr and boosting that. If I was you I would go vtec then boost. But then again this is...

    CRV AWD into a '95 Civ 4dr?

:o I talked with my freinds in Montreal(txtin ftw) and as you said they use salt "by the butt load" to quote him" :( I guess this changes my plans. I dont want to make a awd beast and then have it rust away. I will post what I looked up and what to do and not to do that I found on the internet...

    CRV AWD into a '95 Civ 4dr?

I never thought about the salt. In Washington we don't use salt. I will be in contact with some friends in Montreal and see about if they use salt, if so I will have to rethink my plans. Thanks for the thought. And kalph posted in thred. Awesome. He is like a god here his build is awesome...

    CRV AWD into a '95 Civ 4dr?

I have recently (just today) Gotten my hands on a '95 Honda Civic Ex 4dr Sedan. The car currently has a Automatic D16z6(stock running gear). What I want to do is put the AWD from the CRV into the 4dr. My plan is to get a wrecked awd crv, then use its Tranny(duh) and AWD systems. I have read...

    1st gen crx advice

If money is tight and you need a swap asap. I would advise putting anouther D-block in there. Be it a D15 or D16. The D16z6 is nice although you would have to wire Vtec. If you want a easy and cheap(respectivally) swap put in the same engine that came out. Putting a B18 in a CRX would make it...

my 91 hatch swap/build ( alot of pics)

Looking Good. If your going to use your old headers, I would recommend painting them with High Temp White paint. It will look good when you match it to your clean engine.

    My B18 swap in a 90 civic

What your doing is the most dreaded part of engine swaps. I must say I like what you are doing though, All the new wiring looks clean. Its a good idea routing all the wiring though the firewall using those connectors. Good luck on the wiring, When this is done you should have your self a nice...

h22 need help with swap eg donor

What i would do(and will be doing as I will be doing a h22a swap soon) Is get a "repair manual" for the car the engine came out of(the prelude) that or get a wiring diagram of the internet(google ftw) and then print them off and match up wires using a diagram such as wire-a going to here matches...

    94 coupe- h22 or lsvtec

Some of the main things I want to know follows. I have heard that the H22 is heaver then the B-blocks, Is it to heavy for the front of my car, i.e. Will it make my car to front heavy and thus spin out in those tight tuns going 100+? I have access to a full metal shop and not worried about the...

    94 coupe- h22 or lsvtec

I have a 94 ex coupe. I was going to put in a lsvtec, however reading on this forum in abouther topic read That the h22 will beat an ITR(and thus a lsvtec). They are also a lot cheaper. Are there any down sides To the h22 or a h2b(h22 with b16 tranny) I would like your comments to help my...
