A 3" cold air intake without air filter will make a stock gs-r with 4-1 2.5" Header and 2 1/4 exhaust loose power? I think that is too much air for a "stock" engine. What you think?

The ls block is a good choice. A lightened flywheel and ecu chip help will help you.

I go with the victor x manifold because he is a lot shorter than the skunk2 one and the skunk2 is a copy of the type r manifold. http://www.modacar.com/products/Honda/Civic/MODAINM/

Go with gs-r engine, sleeve and make it a turbo monster and use a integra ls tranny with some lsd. And gs-r are the best engine.

Buy a set of civic type-r pistons and a lightened flywheel (8-12lbs) or valves springs-- retainers and a ecu chip to make the car rev hard.

My friend run 13.4 in the quarter mile with his GS-R with the a/c and power steering belts with jun stage 3 cams, springs and retainers, type r valves, civic type r pistons, integra type r header, phantom grip lsd, b16 transmission, 8lb flywheel, tanabe cat back exhaust, skunk 2 intake manifold...
