i have a cx hatch as well an i found a d16z6 w tranny for 300 put another 50 in to it for the wiring harness an swapped it out in a weekend or you could just look in to a d16z6 head (mini me) p28 ecu all you would have to do is pin out you ecu for vtec an youd be in it. Both are a direct bolt on/in

i have a 92 hatchback with ad16z6 engine but the trany that came with it wash smashed. the top mount was ripped off an little did i no that the shift fork for 2nd or 3rd ??? the middle sized fork??? was chewed up as well. now my ? is, will the shift forks out of my j8b trany fit in my y4b trany...

I have the grey an silver safc cant find how to hook it up on apexi web site it only shows me 5 to 7 wires but the unit has 10??? where does the other 3 to 5 wires connect? my hatch has a stock d16z6 am i even going to feel a hp gain? Thanks

may be the water temp sensor? i would of just hard wired a switch form the auto shop to run the fan untill finding the real problem. probably burnt ur fan motor up it gettin constant juice isnt good, plus spikes in voltage from high rpm not good. the whole idle falling so low my car does it...

i can take it in an outa gear w/ a screw driver an while it was bolted to the engine an in gear i couldnt turn it over w/ a ratchet??? good or bad?? but the engine an tranny were in a wreck lol the drunkin driver of the civic hit an electric pole on the pessenger side it mainly fubared the mount...
