to hook up the vtec solenoid you have two plugs, one with 2 wires and one with 1 wire.
On the plug with two wires, ground one of the wires to somplace under the hood.
Second extend the other one 3 feet and run it to your ecu and splice it into D6 on your ECU

or replace your ebay chip with a chrome tunned basemap, pretty much eliminate all trouble codes, put vtec down at 4500, and set redline at 7500. once you get a chrome tunned map you will have an engin that purs, gets good milage and will last pretty long for a mini me
first i would have a little fun with the 8 valve cx... Put a d16Y8 head onto it, run vtec and have fun. this puts the compression up full, once your done you will think your car has a b series in it. that setup will last for about 2-3 months( because the high compression will get to the engine)...
in 93's deployed airbags dont disable fuel. i agree you should check your fuse box. sometimes there is a 15 fuse that blows and will not allow your car to start especially in wrecked cars
