I've heard of them. Their link isn't working for whatever reason but I was on their site back in December. They're big in the Subaru circles but they also make their products for other manufacturers also.

What are the gains in doing this....as far as strengths/weakness goes between this and the H22a???

if you are going to boost the motor stock then the f series would be the way to go however if you are going to build the shit out of it anyway buy the h22 with out the tranny ( the f22 tranny or f23 tranny's are great for boost because of their longer gearing). O.K. This just saved me some money...
