    just letting you know, that it was infact the Fast Idle Thermo Valve, and it feels great to have it running right again. it could use a tune up, so i'll do that this weekend, and then it should be running great. thank u so much. this was bothering me a lot for the past like 6 months. Jewlz

    ok bms. if your doing a b18a1, you need to get the axles from the car the engine came out of. which is the integra. you'll need the complete swap. from axles, to distributor, to resistor box. all that, needs to be put in. the wiring can be tricky if you've never done it. just make sure you read...

    the brake thing, well is does it pretty high. like jumps a couple hundred RMP. wouldn't it make sense that ihave a bad booster. and it is stealing vaccuum from the engine. i know it sounds crazy, but i think this might make sense. its' ahrd to exlpain. i think i'll give it a shot. i got hooked...

    cracked block is possible. if it's been overheating, and you didn't catch it in time, most likely the block is craked, or at the least warped. if you have a blown head gasket, then you should be losing coolant, cuz it's going to your tail pipe. should be white smoke. also the car would be losing...

    thanks for those who have given me some ideas regarding that idle prob, but yes, i tried the IAC. i replaced it once with a used one, then again, with one that i knew worked. i've cleaned the screens, and nothing works.     i own a 90 crx, with a b18a1(91 integra) the idle is jumping from 1500-3000 and back down again. i have tried just about everything, and taken it to shops, but no one knows what is up. i've checked vaccuum lines and all is well. injectors are not the prob, i tried distributor, tps, throttle...
