Make sure your new cv shafts(axles) have the same reluctor rings for the wheel speed sensors. Also check all wheel speed sensors and wiring for damage/corrosion.
Thats not the greatest motor to turbo. Crank is known to give up. I would say toughen up that crank and check out turbo conversion kits for your car. They will give you a few options. 8.5:1 sounds good. I know the d17 will need some tough internals to manage any force induction.

Im not completely sure what you are talking about. Im new to this honda forum thing. But if you are talking about and aftermarket intake, im on the right page. A cold air intake will lower fuel milage. More air more fuel. The pcm will see the a/m intake and compensate by adding fuel.
