yea it sounds like the clutch cause when the rpm jumps the engine does sound to rev up too so i think its the clutch....

well I dont know bout the alternator thing cause i just put new alternator and new battery in...I mean the tach jumps from 4000 rpm all the way up to 7000 rpm then i ease off the pedal and its normal again...when i drive it like a grandma and just slowly accelerate its ok, its only when i try to...

ok my tach jumps around like crazy when I drive it hard...so I changed my spark plugs and it still does that... another thing when my tach jumps I can feel my car laggin a bit ...could it be my clutch slippin???? or worn out???? also i have a new distributor on it so i dont think it could be...

how much difference will I actually feel (with the gsr cams)cuz I might be gettin a set for free and just wondering if its worth the time to put them in...kinda debating cause dont wanna waste time puttin them in just for minimal gains ...then have to take out for ctr cams...well wut do u...

drain plug is secure... the guy i bought the swap from prob opened it... and I did the head gasket....but it seems to be fine ...I advance the timing bout 2 degrees

ok I got most the vtec wiring done. have the vtec oil pressure wires hooked up ,the vtec solenoid,and the knock sensor....but where the heck do I wire the evap...wut the hell is evap....I know that I need a 12v wire and one runnin to a20 but wire is this evap?????sorry if this sounds like a n00b...

my tranny is leaking,i'm sure its not from the motor,so where could it b comin from???? another question is when i changed my headgasket it seemed like i lost some power seems to b laggin a little now...btw my engine is b16...no mods

d series head dont need to take out cam... but u do need to take the im off

it doesnt benefit anything...but if I needed one (lets say my b16 solenoid doesnt work) I would have a wider selection of engines to look 4 one :P

do I need to take off cams to get to the head bolts????havent done any b series engine yet and the manuals say that u do ...but I have done the sohcs and u dont need to take the cam out ....any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
