    CTR pistons on LS rods?

    I am using CTR and LS rods. You need to have the small end milled to fit in the piston. I would have as little as removed as possible. Because this weakens the rods. My machine shop did this for 40 dollars and that included pressing the pistons. good luck.

    If it were in focus, I could tell for sure, but it looks fine to me. I have used some less than perfect heads that worked out just fine.

    I made 195 whp with CTR cams and a b18 bottom end with CTR pistons. I think i can be done, it wont be easy however. I would get bigger cams if you want that kind of power. Or you will have to spend big money on head work.

    Here is a picture of the header I am using. I will be trying to make a big tube 4-2-1 design next. 1 7/8 to 2 inch stepped. I think that this header is too small. And its not equal length either. Going for 200whp with all honda Internals.
