The 99-00 Si Rear Engine Bracket will work with this swap. You need a P54 A/C bracket to bolt up the A/C compressor. Code 6 is for the ECT, Engine Coolant Temp Sensor. Make sure it is plugged in and make sure the wire isn't broken at plug.

Use your EG harness and take the clips off of the JDM harness and make a VTEC subharness. You'll have to lengthen some of the sensor clips to work on the GSR.

Did you take the engine harness out when you removed the old motor? If you did, make sure you hook up the green connector by the ECU, that has the fuel pump control wire in it.

Have you tried replacing the IACV with a known working one?

The one for the ECU. That's it on Rywire.

That pic on Ebay is of an OBD0 plug. I didn't see anywhere on the page that states its not as pictured. You have a lot of good information from the members here, did you figure it out?

I believe he is stating it is a OBD2 to OBD1 jumper harness for the distributor. Just like the ECU jumpers.

To my knowledge, you cannot use the D15B7 P/S pump or the Alternator, you have to use the LS pump and alternator. The P/S pump line has to be custom. you'll need the LS line and the line out of your civic.
