You can not tell anything from that pic except its a early b series. DOHC VTEC. newer than a 93. But That could be any DOHC VTEC head on any B series engine. Look at the block top left and there should be a casting number starting with a B. the numbers after that indicate its size...

I have a 95 civic dx. and a 93 B18a to swap into it. the transmission that came with the b18a is cable, but my civic had hydro. Does anyone have a hydro trany to fit my b18a, or any answers on how easy converting my civic for cable would be?
