Looks like those are just indiglo gauge overlays for the 99-00 SI gauge clusters. You should use the SI cluster if you don't want the big tach. I believe that it should be a plug and play deal with your 96. Please correct if I am wrong. :D :D :D

Yeah, just go back to where you purchased it and ask if they have any spare ones lying around. That happened to me with my old Fosgates and they just gave me a few that we lying around. :D :D

It should fit just fine like b16vx said. There should be no problems. If the bumper has 3 'grille' sections in the front, it is a coupe, hatch bumper. If it has only one longe 'grille' section, it is a 4 door. Hope this helps you. :D :D :D
