Can I Use The Stock Ecu

You can use your SI ecu, will have a lower rev limit still of only 7200 while that B16A goes to 8200 happily so that would be one draw back. Also cann't hook up the Knock sensor, and I'm unsure if the SI has a air temp sensor that will prevent cold V-tec, Knock sensor I know SOHC dont have. Get...

    Is A Z6/zc Hybrid Possible?

SOHC ZC yes you can use a Z6 head DOHC ZC no way in haites Pistons in the ZC DOHC are higher compression and they will go on any other D-series rod and are the same size as all honda D-series pistons. So logicly this can be done, what the c/r is dont have a clue.

oh yeah and about your speedo, there is 1 cable that runs in to the top in a funky looking thing kinda hard to get to. Ecu, Tranny Info For Crx Swap

Yeah in SCC it was the wiring diagram using a PR3/PW0 ECU so you wouldn't need to add those sensors unless you change you ECU. As far as the V-Tec sil. it runs off 12volts but a MSD switch is a negative trigger, so you add a main relay and when the deisred RPM it complets the Ground circut and...

    Pw0 Error Code

Did you add a 2nd O2 sensor??? If you didn't add one or tap both wires into your single O2 sensor, it will throw a code because its looking for 2 O2's and one is missing

Ecu, Tranny Info For Crx Swap

Ok if its a 1 wire V-tec ECU, more then likly it would already be hooked up. That you would have to check about with who ever gave you the ECU ask him if its programed to engage V-tec. If its not you need to make a V-tec switch, ex. Fields V-tec, Apex V-AFC or use a MSD RPM switch to engage the...

    Mix And Match

Should bolt up but depends on what car you droping the motor into. Cann't use a d16a1 motor in any civic/crx except the 84-87 and then I dunno if you can still use the 89 tranny.

Ecu, Tranny Info For Crx Swap

B16A 89-91 ECU choices: PR3 or PW0. both are OBD0. they did make a PR3 obd! but you cann't use it. (too much rewiring or get a ecu jumper) The PM6 ECU is from a 88-91 Civic/CRX SI and it wont rev past 6800 and the PR3/PW0 will rev to 8200 and engage V-tec at 5200 guess that why they removed the...

    Crx Swap

Its based on the imput shaft. 92+93 GSR trannies use the larger imput shaft like the newer hydraulic ones. I'm not positive if this will also work on the 92+93 LS/GS but they use different cluch disc between 90 and 92+ on all models and this is the reason

    Crx Swap

along with cut and paste a new motor mount on the tranny side. They dont make any mount kits for this. Need a new master cylinder, steal lines, hydraulic tranny, and the new mounts available just to start it. Just get a 88-91 SI tranny or if going B-series anything from 89-93 will save you alot...

Well like its been said, read your info consider what you want and how much $$$ you want to drop into it. Gonna laugh if you say 2k hell yea I spent 350.00 on a z6 did the wiring conversion for a DX to SI and swaped around for the other needed parts for my swap like ECU and Diz. Would say had...
