Don't knock the conversion!
You can effectively make a B18A into a B18B without changing much at all. You just need the Intake manifold and distributor from the B18B OBD2.
Also, you would want to get the hydro tranny and axles, of course.
Yea, you need to use a OBD 2 - OBD 1 conversion harness for this to work right. I don't even know how you managed to plug in an OBD1 ECU into the harness. That just doesn't make sense.
Also, you can just get an OBD2 ECU.
