with it being the z6 i'm almost positive you'll have to delete the resistor box mounted on the driver's side fire wall. i'm almost 100% sure you have to delete this.
Ok, i tried and tried to sledge those damn bolts out. Heated them, penetrating oil. I just simply couldn't get them to budge. So i took a cutting wheel to them and finally got the shock free and the control arm free. The bushings are toast because the bolt is totally seized in there...
very vague answer, but i believe your messed it up royally lad. only way to make sure everything is back to normal is to color match all stock wires or buy a new dash harness.
rebuild internals, and boost in between 8-12 lbs, can get you to high 12's. but 10's.... your looking at a k series and then some.... and a huge bottomless wallet.
well you will need to know what ecu it has with it right now, then just do a google search for "wiring vtech from xxx ecu" and you will get tons of pin out helps. or you can go with a rywire.com setup. more expensive but have heard they are highly respected and have great craftmanship. it's only...
i have a set of 15" old knockoffs. that won't be a problem. i think i'm just going to stick with the stock front discs and possibly upgrade later, but deff want the rear discs off the teg. here is the link to the new thread i made about the brakes...
the bolts appeared to be attached when i removed the drivers side asembly. it doesn't appear to be an extreme attachment however, didn't see any weld points on the bolt. i tried to knock the bolt out but it was in there pretty good. i didn't go all midevil on it just yet, wanted to get your...

thank you 78civic i appreciate you input. i think i'll go after a new brake booster seeing how i want nice stiff brakes. i'm a bigger guy but have removed seats to do dash work on other cars, which is where my fear of breaking/losing parts comes from. i see what you were saying about the...
ok kewl, i mean i could change the brake booster and master cylinder but i don't really want to take apart the civic's dash. i always seem to lose/break alot of the clips and such. well atleast i got the 4040 on there. thanks again for everyones advise and guidance. the b18 will be in the...
ok i have a 90 civic si, and a donor 91 tegra da. i'm swapping the brakes over tomorrow. i have already grabbed the 4040 proportioning valvle off the da and put it on the civic. do i have to swap the brake booster and the master cylinder? i was going to just swap the master cylinder due to...
i have coilovers on the ones now, if i swapped from suspension would i be able to still use the coilovers that are for the 90 si? oh i didn't mention it but i have a 90 civic si hb. sorry bout that! thanks for all the responses!
Yeah in regards to the brakes i did alot more research last night about them and found that it's an easy swap, and alot of people don't even switch out the prop valve. They stick with the stock one on the EF. Now if this is a good way to do it i don't know, haha. But anymore info on the...
Sucker Punch = Punch you didn't see coming.
Your crane kick induced fist to the eye was not a sucker punch. It was merely a "Punch"
AUDI "Assholes Usually Driving Inside"
