I understand about the rebuild, but I know that that takes more time than just an in and out swap. Plus if I rebuild it...I'll end up going nuts and try to build a bulletproof motor with aftermarket parts...which will take away some of my money from my lude buildup.
I am not looking for a lot...
I have my daily driver 1991 Accord with the F22A1. The motor has 200k on it and is starting to.... suck, for lack of a better term. I have a line on 2 cheap-o motors that I can get. One is an F22A4 and the other is an F22B2.
I want to get one of these motors cuz I can get them cheap...
Where can I find one that doesn't cost an assload of money? Mine just failed and I need to replace it, but I can't afford to get one that costs more than a new set of tires. HELP please!
Thanks for the help. :D

I you have upgraded the intake system, then some of that "roar" you hear is coming from under the hood. But exhaust mods are good choices to make easy power. It will free up your car's breathing and allow better all around performance. Plus big cans look sweet! :D

This topic (and the whole "new-chick" market) is so fuggin hilarious  .
I agree with the fact that she's pretty :hitit: but you guys really need to chill and let her become part of the site and familiarize her with all of us a$$holes. Then let her be the one to talk shit first...which...

Is this not an F22 distributor? Aren't the F22' internal coil and H22's external?
Oh well.

:worthy: :worthy: :worthy: Something like this is second only to a fully built R34 in my eyes....

I have to replace the battery in my prelude (it has been sitting for 6 months and had a batt from '95) and want to get one which weighs less. A friend of mine has a "dyna-batt" racing battery which weighs less than 15lbs, but I can't seem to find one.
Does anyone have any info on this brand...
I have an H22 Lude and an F22 Accord. I am building an extra F22A4 which I had out of my wrecked 93 Lude S which I am gonna build for turbo and replace the F22A1 from my 91 Accord.
My opinion is, build what you got. I like to take what is already there and make it better.
Thanks, Theron <_<

You da man!. I make a lot of decisions with my car based on your experience/opinion and haven't gone wrong yet.
