i just put a gsr in my 95 civic ex and finally got it running after a few days. it seems like it is only pushing about 50hp though. i replaced the throttle position sensor because it was busted. then i also replaced the iac because i would not idle right. it idles good now but when driving it...
i replaced the iac witht the one that was on my old engine and it idles fine now but when i drive it feels to only be pushing about 50 hp. we are trouble shooting the distributer cap right now but im not sure what is wrong with it :/

if money is an issue then i would go with the gsr. it is easier and you will still have the extra 500 bucks to buy anything more you need for the swap and you will probably have somthing for a few performanse parts

hey i just put a 96 type r jdm engine in my 1995 honda civic. my car was an automatic and it is now stick. i am using the harness for my eg chassis and it doesnt plug in to the engines ecu. does any one know where i can get a conversion harness for this
okay well i just did an auto to manual conversion to my car with a hydraulic clutch. now the clutch just stays on the floor and is non functional. can someone please tell me how to bleed this? i have tried but it isnt getting me anywhere.
im 20 min east of orlando florida. the tranny is messed up and i have the ecu for it. i can also give you the axles automatic shifter with the link cable and all the mounts it is a ex vtec
