You need to chip it or go with a standalone like AEM EMS. I chipped mine and I am using the moates ostrich and crome pro. There are others like hondata, neptune, uberdata. Go to PGMFI.org for more info and how to's and xenocron.com for your chipping parts.

Very nice build!!! :worthy: Them are the same rods that I was thinking of getting, but do you have to machine them to fit all aftermarket pistons. I was thinking of running SRP 10.5:1 or the CP 10.5:1 compression in my d16z6 motor.
I was wondering if 10.2:1 compression in a d16z6 is too much to boost with about 10 psi for a daily driver. I havent got the pistons yet because I wanted to make sure if I could boost on it.

Thanks for the help but I fixed it yesterday. I lashed the valve to tight .006 intake .008 exhaust. That is what the spec sheet with the cam told me to lash them too. Then i relashed them to .008 intake and .009 exhaust and it ran fine so i think i just had the valves lashed too tight.

I have a 94 civic ex and i was checking my radiator fluid today and when i took the cap off there was some black residue on the cap/radiator and in my over flow tank. What could this be. The black stuff is a solid build up too. Could this be head gasket material?
