i say keep tha gsr engine and fully build it w/ a stage 3 turbo brother !!!!!!!! just my 2 cents man!!!!!! yes w/ a b20b/z engine u can build a power plant w/ a si or type-r head (vtec) but it is still a frankenstein swap and those engines r usually unreliable esp. if ur goin turbo on it...

u r basic del sol all came w/ 1.6 sohc engines (d-series engines) like thos found in tha basic civic that r non vtecs!!!!!! if ur del sol has a dohc on it................then it means u got a lil b16a engine in it in which tha del sol si came w/ !!!!!!!!! ur a lucky brother 2 have that del sol...

i like tha lil b17a motor.....it comes from a xsi integgy !!!!!!!!! bascially all tha aprts that can go in2 a lil b16a fits nicely in2 tha b17a motor also!!!!!!!!!! it is as mention earlier a cable tranny tho!!!!!!!!! but a way kool and rare egnine 2 have and build my freind!!!!!!!!! just my 2...

mainly if u want a strongly built engine: 1) bolt ons 2) internals 3) ignition 4) fuel follow those 4 steps completely and u should have a well built racer as well as daily driver!!!!!!! but also find a mech that is trustworthy and dependable 2!!!!!! but those r tha 4 basic guidelines 2...
