Found the problem....the bolts that hold the calipers on were rubbing the rotors. As for the other problems.....they were normal and I didn't know it .

I have taken out of the bolts that I can see, including the one under the intake manifold, and the one above the tranny mount. I can't get the tranny to come loose from the engine. I have a jack under the tranny and one under the engine. I can't get either one to move without the other one...

ok, got the shifter to move freely, but now the clutch won't engage. The shifter was rubbing on the exhaust pipe. I guess it's time to drop the tranny out and try to fix the clutch.

Which way does the bend in the shifter go? I'm gonna try to figure out the problem. The clutch goes in and out like it's supposed to, so i don't think the new clutch I bought is binding it. Any other thoughts?

I'm trying to finish my swap, and I just noticed that the TPS on my new engine is broken. i had a spare intake manifold, but teh TPS on it is broken also. Can I use the TPS from my DPFI manifold and just swap the wires like I need to on the MPFI one or not? Thanks.
