PIT stands for Pursuit Intervention Technique. It doesn't have to be from the side of the vehicle like it is most often done. As long as the vehicle loses control from a contact in the back of the vehicle, it is still considered a PIT.

I know cats usually get a pretty penny at recycling places because of their materials. Many people make a killing collecting them and then recycling them. I was unaware that some states don't sell them from a junk yard..

I know with my swap, when the car was cold, various things would rattle, but as soon as it warmed up, the thing was quiet as a mouse. Mine was compliments of the solid mounts.
I've heard (no proof to back it up) that there are more tunnels under DC than there are subway tunnels in NYC. There is little to nothing that can't be accessed underground in DC.

That would be a good place to start. The chip/program needs to be for the motor that you are running. And if you haven't upgraded your head and the components, raising the rev limiter is only going to do damage to your motor.
