do you have aftermarket intake? also check your tubing coming into the intake/stock intake box. especially on the stock intake box its comming to pinch the one 1/4 hose and pop that code. I popped that code after doing a serpentine belt on my buddy's s2000, didnt put the solid black cover on...
if your trying to kill a couple birds with one stone... what I did was get another valve cover powder coated and ordered all new valvecover gaskets and o-rings and did my valve adjustment then replaced the gaskets and then I even followed up with a oil change and new plugs... just throwing it...
just as a heads up anyone with a older s2000... 2000-2001 etc..... yea def buy the allen bolts for removal and replacement, ive removed them several times while doing clutch and the stage 2 diff and theres no easy way around not stripping the 6mm allen bolts. there is a different model number...
exact same sizes Im running right now... not bad but.... Id def make sure the tread isnt dryrotting... tires normally last a max of 4-5 years.... even your high end bfgs
actually Im running 225 50 16 R comps for auto x now up front with 2454516 in the rear. as long as you dont mind having a tiny bit of a taller tire then youd be fine! I also run the same sizes on my all season winter wheels for now. so I think you should be fine as long as the rear isnt lowered...
front sway bar will kill alot of the oversteer.
the sanear bar works well but clanks around alot.
mugen is a bit more expensive but not adjustable,
the gendron bar is about 600$ and I hear its amazing... its just always limited orders so I keep hearing

most ap1s handle well with 245 45 16 on all rear wheels for autox. Ive consistently read this. or in A stock class 245 45 16 on stock ap1 16s staggere is also ideal. lots of championships won with either setup.
