thanks E :) the bike actually looks a little different now. the picture was taken before i rode it. the wire mess was takin care of. the paint is amazing, which i cant take credit for. its got six coats of clear to smooth out the stickers and paint layers with extra metallic in nsx blue :)...

thats the reason i own a new 08 R6s and didnt save money on a used R6 or 600rr . . . im with you homie :) edit: you might wanna look at this beautiful piece of machinery . . . if you got an extra 120k layin around lol . . the ferrari f40 of motorcycles imo...

I need a 92-95 d series transmission in any condition, will pay for a good tranny but will take a high milage one with the usual bad bearing for free :) help me out if youre in the ct 06062 area. will pick up no charge lol

I've done alot of research on these and it's my bike of choice as of right now . . . the only worry is that it has a completely different engine than the R6 and i'm wondering if future costs might be higher because it is a production bike that is rare or of limited production.

BMWs awd was and might still be designed by Audi . . . so I wouldn't say it sucks. Its a good awd system. I'd say it rates up there with subaru and mitsu easily. Its just not that popular because you don't really need it if you know how to drive :p
