in ny the computer has to be plugged into a machine that sends the data back to albany. it will say i dont have a cat, and i will fail inspection that simple. but i know there is a way if you unplug the battery for a certain time it will reset the ecu and the codes r cleared for a while.

it doesnt throw a check engine light because it doesnt affect the regular operation of the car. but when you plug in a scan tool it tells you there is an error, i think a class c code d16y7 and a stock ecu

so my inspection is coming up soon, i have no cat on my car just a test pipe. my car throws codes because of it, but no check engine light, anyway. cant you like unplug the battery for 10 minutes and it clears the codes temperary?

dont tune when using a 55 shot, just buy the zex kit. sounds like a good way to blow your motor. retard the timing a few degrees, and let the nitrous kit handle the fuel the kits are designed to add more fuel when you dump the nitro in
