well, like the boss said before i think you do have a warped head i had the same prob in my vr4 when they checked it they found out the that head was warped in one side i dont know how that happend but they shaved the head and it was fix

Well, According to the Honda high performance book by joe pettit i looked out your question and this is what i came across! 1.6 dx if the motor is healthy you could get 45 to 50% more power.... hope i could help!

I got a couple of engines right being sold to me and i dont know whitch one to buy.. 1 is a H22A1 the other is a b18c1 i got a 96 civic and i want to turbocharge it but i want the most power of of it thanks a lot for your opinions!!
