I have a 95 DX D15B7 engine and I want to replace the stock intake with a stock one off of another car. What would be the best stock intake manifold to install onto my engine? Something that will give me either better HP or Tourque is what I am looking for.
I have a 95 Civic DX Sedan with the D15B7 engine and stock 5 Speed tranny. I want something better. What trannies will bolt on and be better than the stock one I have? Years and models that the tranny can be found in would be helpful. Thanks a bunch.
thats true. but for the time being what would be best? i am low on funds and am not able to swap my engine out at the time. i just dont want to be as slow as i am.
I am tired of the stock cam and I am having the hardest time finding something better. I am not necessarily looking for a racing aftermarket type but just something better. Is there a cam from another model vehicle that will fit in my car without any major modification? If anyone has a link...
I wanted to replace the tranny on my 95 Civic Dx with a D15y engine. I want something that is manual and will bold right on to the engine. I also want something better than the stock transmission on my car. Any suggestions or advice will be extremely appreciated. What would I need to...
I am thinking of a front strut tower brace and the rear upper and lower braces. Do you have any suggestions on good stabilizers that are not over the top moneywise.
I have a 95 Civic Dx Sedan and I want to get a high flow muffler that is not too big, CA legal and that will keep my car sounding stock. Is this possible or am I just dreaming? I am also looking for a high flow cat that is CA legal. Thanks for the help.
I have a 95 Civic Dx Sedan and I want to get some suspension braces to have a little better handling. Would I need to install front and rear camber kits so that my tires don't wear out too quickly? What kind of stabalizers would be better and camber kits would be better?
I already bought the thing and has been shipped to me. If I were to port and polish it would I also need to port and polish match the intake manifold? The throttle body is already at 62mm would it be pointless to port and polish it?
I just bought a throttle body from a 95 Civic Si for my Dx and I wanted to know where and how much it would cost to get it port and polished. Southern California locations are preferred. More precisely anywhere near West Covina would be even better. Thanks for the info.
what would be the best way to adjust the sprocket for an every day driver? in other words how far should i advance the timing gear or should i just leave it at zero?
I was thinking of replacing my stock cam gear/sprocket with a light weight one. What kind of power gains could I see? I'm not looking for anything spectacular, just something better for the moment being. Thanks for the help.
