so do you set the dizzy @ 16 degrees tdc or what? what kind of motor you talkin bout? i have a D15B vtec i just put in but the timing is off like a crackhead. It does the same thing as yours...bogs till like 3-4k then bwaaaaaaaaa
quick question. I used a new Timing belt from NAPA  for a 1.5l VX . if you changed your belt...how did you set the timing for it? I think i messed up the timing so mine is in a shop  they are telling me i have wrong belt. i think this is a load of crap. they also said the vtec...
 im having the same issue with my D15B jdm sohc vtec swap. i put on a new belt for a 1.5L vx, because this jdm block is same size. I had the belt off mark by 2 teeth the shop says. and i tried adjusting the dizzy. You might want to take the belt off. put on the belt from the bottom...
 I'm gonna ask around a little more and try the DC tank first if possible. It should hold 13.2 gallons. If that doesn't work then i will go back to the junkyard for a Si/Ex tank= 11.9gallons. I hate stopping for gas on the way to Las Vegas from San Diego about 385 miles.
I have a lil VX 92. I want more cruising range, hence bigger gas tank. As far as i know, my stock tank is only10.0 gallons US. I heard some Dx or Si EG's have a 11.9 tank, which is cool. [B]Would a DC Integra gas tank fit under my 92 vx?? :(
:spin: i did same swap but i used a DX tranny. Wanted to keep low freeway rpm's in 5th is why. To increase my acceleration all i did was lighten the stock flyweel 3lbs & add a 6puck cermic clutch B) . Now im Ballin On A Budget :mullet:
