what would i do if i was planning on painting the dashboard also? would i sand the dash, or just the platic pieces that i plan on taking off?

hello honda world, just got 95 ej1 coupe single cam engine lowered, si rims and front seats on the way. wondering what to do about the body, bumper lips? i dont want to over do it, i want it to look clean not like some moron just slapped a bunch of crap that doesnt match.. want it to look clean...

so ill have to cut the fenders, what should i use to bing them together?
