I have an `88 CRX Si tranny that I am trying to rebuild...I have all the cover bolts off of it but the cover only comes off 1/2" or so, anyone know why it only comes off that far? I tried prying lightly with no luck.

hi, I have a `88 crx si tranny I am trying to rebuild, I took off all the cover bolts and whatever else I could find....but the problem is the casing won't come off more then 1/2" for some reason, tried prying lightly but that didn't do anything, what am I doing wrong? :(

Hi, I have a 91 crx with a good body but bad motor. I also have a civic with a really rusted body and a good motor. They are both 1.5l motors, standard shift, I'm wondering what driveaxels, motor/tranny mounts and shift linkage I could use to get it to fit right....the wiring I got figured out...
