I have one out of a 90 ef hatch its a dual point injection 1.5. It used alot of oil when i took it out so it needs a rebuild. What are you looking to do with it? I could take 50$ for it and I will find out how much to ship if you give me a zip code.
^^^thankyou for your help...sorry i should have read the whole thread before i posted I was searching for the answer and came across this thread. I had only read your anitial post. Sorry about your misfortune man hope everything works out.
Looks good man. Maybe you can help me with a question. Can I use a 94+ inegra ls/gs/gsr clutch for my b20b they are the same right? Its hard to find a clutch specifically for the b20 but their is an endless list of b18b/c clutches on the market.
Ok I am assuming that all b series clutches will work on my 97 b20b found the cluch I want but its being listed for a gsr so I just wanted to make sure it will work before I order. My tranny is out of a 94ls. Swapping this stuff into my 95 sol. Oh yeah motor mounts listed for 92-95 civics(eg)...
Damn forgot about this post. Thanks for all the usfull info people. I had considered doing the port n polish myself. They actually sell kits for it at the auto parts. I think im gonna stick with my non vtec head for now. A clutch and flywheel kit is gonna suck some of the cash out of this...
Boost...Turbo project I have a t3 that will be going on at some point after the swap. Some would say vtec isn't good for boost, but vtec heads have better flow. I was just wondering if a port n polish on the b20 head would be as affective if not better than just getting a vtec head.
I was wondering If the clutch out of my 1.5 sol with the hydro tranny would go in my 90 civic beater. After about 10000 miles of boost the little 1.5 threw a rod, but the clutch has maybe 4000 miles on it. I was hoping i could bogart it for my beater.
Any help would be awsome.
