It depends...if you have stock GSR intake manifold...you will need to get a GSR intake..because it comes up from the bottom....If you have a SKUNK2 maninfold...just use a cheap LS or EX intake...BEST CHOICE...TO STEAL A POLE and go to a shop with a bender..and they'll bend it for cheap :lol:
LSR aka LS/VTEC...can be weak if not done correctly...you gotta tap the oil line and all that...thats why the outcome could be 3-40 hp...I would recommend a professional...I've heard that alot of LSR's had been breakin down...ITS NOT RELIABLE. But if done correctly..it can be strong as or...
I was about to swap a LS block into my EJ...but i decided to go with JDM GSR. Just get the ECU, AXLES, Shift Links, all that ready...There might be some problems if not swapped in correctly...mostly its up to the mechanic to do the wirings right. Nothing else should go wrong..unless u blow the motor
Just get the BASE PRELUDE...H22A..because TYPE SH has the ATTS shit...and i also heard that SH aftermarket isnt so great...a dude that had a 97 coupe with a H22A motor with an intake ran 14.2's...not bad...you would have traction problems if it was in an EG or maybe an EK(maybe).
