could be head gasket. put soapy water around whereever you think the leak is coming from and turn the motor over. if it bubbles then you are leaking from there.

you sir are correct. a poor mans type r consist of: b18c (gsr) block, itr or ctr pistons, b16 head, gsr itr or ctr cams, itr intake mani and throttle body. however your compression ratio that you gave was inaccurate, i know this because mine is currently at 12.3:1
