honda motors will take a little more boost than 7 but i wouldn't go above 10 on stock pistons and rods with out some sort of management system. I just have srp pistons and i run 15 psi sometimes, but never the less at five psi it will put you in the seat

my question and that shit are so totally different He used a stock ex ecu and chipped it to fit a b16 I have a obd 1 ls ecu and the only difference in the two are the heads and cams
some guy who i would consider to know a little bit about cars told me that if i lower my compression ratio from stock ls to 8.5:1 that i wouldn't even be able to run on stock ecu to break it in. Is this bullshit or what
the accord i raced was a 4 door with a full h22 swap tranny and everything. It also had falken azines and i was running steelie with tiger paws :P I also was only running the 3" exhast cause i am now running boost :D It is a manual h22a also.
i have a 92-93 integra ecu running a b18b engine i figured it would run ok but it has an irratic idle and i don't know if this is causing it i have yet to try anything else but i just wanted to know if this could be causing the problem.

To get as much horsepower as a turbo car out of a naturally aspirated car you have to do a lot more thing witch in turn makes the N/A car very unreliable even more so than a turbo car
get nick you don't know what you are talking about. 92-95 ex civics had vtec the engine code i think is d16z6 or y6 not sure but anyways you don't know what you are talking about
that is about it but there also might be valve springs and retainers to go with it. Since it is a little higher revin motor. Ecu might also make some what of a dif. You would probably be alright with 91 octane with some mild tuning like vafc or fields
have you checked the map sensor? My friends si had a problem that it came un hooked and it made the car run like ass. so bad he almost got beat by a non-turbo 2g eclipse
i have a revhard kit going on my ls turbo 4door. There is a port on the side of the wastegate that says boost and one on top that says vaccum. Where do i hook up my lines ?
I know i have to have one line coming off of the turbo and i am also not sure how to hook up my Turbo XS boost...
my girlfriend just order a 00 h22a4 and i am putting it in i would just like to know if it has been done on a 6th gen before and the difficulties in doing so? :huh:
