*Shaved 4/32nds (I'm guessing a thin layer is removed)

What kind of fitment issues would I run into with a wheel that is 15x7 +19 offset on an EG up in front?
Any fitment issues with 15x7.5 -5 offset in front?
Would there be any problems that stand out and would smack me in the face if I run 13/14 inch wheels in the rear and 15/16 inch wheels in the front for track use?

If I'm going to be removing the A/C would I have to use a belt thats designed for a Non A/C application?

My goal is to get some Buddy Club Coilovers rated at 12kg front/8kg rear, they cost around ~$1,800.
Until I can scrounge up the money for a set I'd like to get a cost effective stiff spring and shock setup.
I could care less about ride quality and NVH, just would like a good stiff setup.
Would it be common to have an exhaust shop fab together a downpipe that fits perfect from the exhaust end of the turbo to an aftermarket exhaust system on a custom turbo setup?

Problem: Finding an Honda LSD for D-Series.
What I found out after researching my options:
1. I can swap in a S20 Transmission from a JDM D15B. They came optional with an LSD.
2. These D15B LSDs don't hold HP very well. Anything...
Need a little info on an LSD Selection for a D16Z6. I looked up some information on Honda-Tech and looked through some threads here at hondaswap and found 2 choices.
I hear on (on select few)D15 Trannys has an LSD, but only for automatic.

I'm shooting for 200~220whp on a boosted d16z6 on stock internals. Would it be useful to block post in my situation? Or would it be a waste of my time like i've read in the other threads about block posting.
