did you check your ignition? Like cap n rotor, coil , spark plugs and wire? IF its throwin a code and its the temp sensor then it should be replaced. I dont really think it matters if it works or not . It could still be a bad sensor.

Yeh i agree on the tranny. I would only use ls trans from turbo set ups.

yes you can use the stock clutch cable. I dont think that 94 integra throttle cable is gonna work. You EITHER need the throttle cable bracket from Place racing or get the 90-93 integra throttle cable.

Yeh everything will bolt on but for the dist. u gonna have to convert it non obd to obd 1. The v-tec will not work on a pm6 ecu. I wouldn't go with a v-tec rpm activator switch. I'd just get the p28 ecu and just convert it to obd1. Hoped i helped and good luck with the swap :D
