If you are uber cheap just reuse the D series alternator, remove the upper mount off the engine, use the b series belt and ram something between the block and the alternator to maintain tension. It isn't recommended but will work if you are really against buying an alternator.

Just do some searching, it is pretty straight forward. Like haao13 said convert to obd1 but to be able to use your stock harness etc you'll need the following:
OBD2 alternator
Your obd2 injectors
OBD2 dizzy
OBD1 ECU for that engine with conversion harness

I'd keep yer car, sounds like you've put quite a bit of work into it and I wouldn't just go believing someone about the h22 without checking it out for myself.

I thought that was the point of getting studs. So you don't wear out the threads in the block and can reuse them.
In the original post he was asking if he could reuse his head bolts.
If that's what you are using the car for then why build an engine with soo much power?? All you would do is spin your tires around the whole track. You'd be better off with a stock or mildly built NA B16 or B18C.
A stock map should get you a couple hours from your house if you take it easy. It isn't like it's a turbo build or anything.
Just put a stock B16 map in it with the extra displacement added. I can do that for you and send you the map. Then all you have to do is have it burnt.
