Correct me if I'm wrong but after searching around a bit I found common gas mileage problems due to: O2 sensor, plugs/wires/dizzy, bad fuel filter, catalytic converter, MAP, TPS, bad timing, and wrong octane gas. It seems like most of these would cause crap gas mileage all the time...whereas...

I found if i spray intake cleaner into the throttle body the idle will calm down...I also cleaned the IACV out real good and the idle was better, but not fixed for about a day, now it's back to the same shit...1500-2000 up and down...

My hot idle has been eff'ed up since I did my swap (92-95 b16a sirII) and i've tried everything minus replacing the IACV, today I was fooling around with stuff and I found that if i unplugged the IACV wire that the idle was fine... first off is running the engine with the IACV unplugged going...

I have a skunk2 TB on mine and those don't have an FITV on them...the weird part is that the cold idle before was fine but now it's eff'ed

idk, I cleaned the IACV and the hot idle is perfect now, there was so much crap in mine, but now the cold idle is fucked...whereas before it was fine...

Burning oil, a small amount of oil gets burned and some smoke comes out the exhaust...

I am also experiencing the same problem, only the cold idle is fine its my hot idle that was screwed up. I'm going to clean the IACV (take some air intake cleaner and clean out the two air ports, not the coolant ones) and hopefully it'll fix things. I also read something about jumping the...
