    GSR TPS values

    The throttle fully closes. The iacv supplies air when the throttle is closed. I think the tps still sends voltage while the throttle is closed just to let the ecu know that its plugged it (theory), which is what your scanner is seeing.

    Technically its not needed, if you hear whining in your speakers when the fan kicks on, you might want to hook it up. Should just be like a capacitor.

    So ebody correct me if I'm wrong, but the f22b dohc has an h22 head already. Its essential a de-stroked h22.

    Should be around 160-180 PSI I'd think. As long as the cylinder pressures are within 10-15 PSI of each other you should be OK.
