ignition wont make u idle funny, kill ur car while in mid motion, and start up again after letting it sit. its ur pump/filter/regulator/injectors/lines......i say replace the filter first and then the pump...then the regulator and then lines and then finally the injectors...
I HAVE A B18C1....came to be i cracked the seating for the vavle on the 4th piston intake side on one of them and now have to get oversized vavles. where is a good place to order from and what prices are they posting? im gonna do the oversized with jun springs (double sprung) and titanium...
i want to upgrade my fuel lines to something a little bit bigger and i want it to go from the tank, to an aftermarket filter, and to an aftermarket regulator/fuel rail. Im not good with thos -06 or -08 or -04 sizings....which size should i go? which is bigger the -08 or the -04? which way lol...
best thing to do is remove all the spark plug wires and remove a spark plug at a time and crank it over...the compresed air that will blow it out whatever is in there....

you got water in the motor? if thats how it is you should have NOT started it as you probably hydrolocked the motor..if not you cracked the rings or put a hole in the pistons....lol..my god

take it from someone who has a hatch and a B18C1. i have intake, headers, exhaust, CTR pistions and i can hit mid/upper 13's all day. now if i got an intake cam, slightly larger (2.75") exhaust and a 55 shot i can EASILY hit low to upper 12's on it along with slicks....as seen before its been...
so are you saying the hks twin ignition isnt good? or are you talking about something else? i have the opportunity to buy one kinda cheap and was going to buy it.
oh yea huh...guess that could work..i would just like to use an aftermarket one from hks or greddy so then that way it can be reused as its what they say u can do...just like in my old supra.
Alright, i have a B18C1 with CTR pistons and its gonna raise the compression close to 12. What head gasket should i use to lower it down just a bit? or can i run without the thicker gasket? i was looking around and spoon and mugen are out as they are very thin and RAISE compression. Im used...
so when does it open on the p28? same rpm's? i have the mugen chip in mine and it opens at 4400 and redlines at 8200 and i would like to know if this chip is fubar'd
