Also I'm wondering, if a buy a new manifold gasket do i need to use Liquid Gasket (silicone)? Why would I need to use Liquid Gasket in any case???

What kind of power gains would I see from this Header? I have a B16A for those that don't know and I'm planning to go turbo in approx. a year so I didn't want to dish out $300+ for a DC sports Unit or better. Anyone have any experience with this header?

Hmmm I heard that The Wideband O2 sensors are HELLA expensive and the sensor doesn't last very long as its usually used for dyno tuning and not meant to keep on your car all the time... how true is this? Well anyway I also heard that a better way to ascertain your A/F ratio is buy using an EGT...
