you can bolt up a f22 trans to your h22 but the gears are alot longer, and would hurt your overall performance. i would try to get a an h22 trans or h23 non-vtec trans. and you will need to replace your ecu when you decide to convert to 5spd.
trade for a 97 honda accord ex 4dr w/h23 factory vtec engine swap, no rust at all, only bad is that it doesn't have a/c and needs rear bumper cover and paint, i got pics lmk.
