Yeah that sounds like a vacuum leak to me, but that may not be the only cause for your problems, that would just make it idle high, not stall and throw codes.
ITBs sure do make a good sound though.
This is a 20 valve 4age swapped into an old MR2. This engine comes stock with itbs and makes one hell of a sound even at low revs.

I'm guessing the ecu reads the afr from the first sensor, otherwise this would be a bad idea as it would not allow it to give a correct reading. I don't know though, I've only ever dealt with OBD1 cars with 1 sensor.
I'm looking at a pair of leather Acura seats on my local craigslist, but the guy doesn't know exactly what they came out of. They appear to be pretty generic.
