i installed a comp cams 105300 cam and the upgraded springs that it calls for into a y8 head thats off the car. i torque it down to 14 ft lbs and 8 ft lbs on the end bolts. i can not get the cam to spin over by hand. whats the problem? or is there any considering the stock cam is hard to move...
